Starting your IVF journey can feel overwhelming, but we make it simple, transparent, and personalized at every step. Here’s how our IVF process works:
STEP 1
Consultation & Tests
We begin with an in-depth consultation and fertility tests to understand your specific challenges and plan your personalized treatment.
STEP 2
Ovarian Stimulation & Egg Retrieval
Fertility medications help stimulate the ovaries. Once mature, eggs are collected through a safe, minimally invasive procedure.
STEP 3
Fertilization in the Lab
Collected eggs are combined with sperm in our advanced lab. Once fertilized, the embryos are carefully monitored and selected.
STEP 4
Embryo Transfer
A healthy embryo is gently transferred into the uterus. The procedure is quick, painless, and does not require anesthesia.
STEP 5
Pregnancy Test & Follow-Up
After about 12–14 days, we do a pregnancy test. If positive, we continue with prenatal care and support your journey every step of the way.

I’m Dr. Nikhil Gosavi, Founder and Director of Embryonic Fertility & IVF Centre and Director of the Embryonic Fertility Academy in Pune.
As an embryologist and IVF specialist with over 14 years of experience, I’ve dedicated my career to helping couples achieve their dream of parenthood.
My expertise lies in embryo biopsy, genetic studies, and troubleshooting complex IVF cases.
After training and certification in ART and Reproductive Medicine at the University of Schleswig-Holstein Kiel in Germany, I worked alongside some of India’s top IVF specialists for over a decade before founding Embryonic Fertility & IVF Centre in 2020.
I started this centre to make advanced fertility care accessible, ethical, and truly patient-centered.
